Refund & Return Policy

All fresh flowers, bouquets, and floral arrangements sold on our website are perishable goods.

Important: Flowers cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once they have been delivered or collected in person.

By accepting delivery or collecting the order, the customer confirms that the order has been received and has had the opportunity to inspect it at handover.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Reporting Issues: Any issue relating to an incorrect item, missing item, or visible damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or collection, together with clear photos and the order number.

If we determine that the wrong product was supplied or that the order was materially not as described at the time of handover, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
